Recently Completed infill homes

Nivara

The plot for this project originally sited an old timber frame cottage with no scope for refurbishment. The existing cottage was demolished and planning was obtained for two luxury homes.

Subsequently we sold one plot and developed the other, the property was beautifully finished, designed to fit seamlessly into its surroundings. We're proud to have created a wonderful new family home.

Hazelton Road

This site originally contained the property around which the whole estate was built. It was previously lived in when Hazelton Road and the surrounding estate was a pig farm.

On this project Friendly Homes demolished the existing property and built two, modern, semi-detached family homes.

The design was sympathetically designed to mimic the previous property that had stood in its place.

Parsons Heath

This plot originally consisted of a garage and shed, and was the side garden to number 29. The garden maintenance was becoming too much for the property owner therefore, after discussions, the viability of planning permission for a new dwelling was established.

We entered a contract with the owner of the property and proceeded to gain planning permission to construct a unique 2-bedroom detached property.
